Strong citrus smells-lemon, lime, green apple, under ripe pear, wet stone minerality. Dry, high acid keeps you going back for another sip, med- body, med flavour intensity. DNPFA- Could be held onto for a little but is probably where it wants to be as far as it’s flavour development. Good quality level- not complex or intense.
