Tasted this along side the Canadian Bordertown Syrah and a GSM blend from Cotes du Rhone’s Haloes de Jupiter Winery. This Barossa Valley syrah had scents of toasty oak, cedar, with ripe blackberry and black currant. 13.8% BC Canada. Paired with Shrimp tacos! Strong citrus smells-lemon, lime, green apple, under ripe pear, wet stone minerality.
